Turnaround times vary depending on the package and scope of work. Generally, you can expect to receive your content 7–14 days after your shoot. Need it sooner? Let me know when you get in touch and I'll do my best to work around you.
Do you offer on-location shoots?
Yes! I come to you. Shoots take place at your business premises or a location that makes sense for your brand. I'm based in Essex and happy to travel; just let me know your location when you enquire.
I've never done anything like this before, is that okay?
