The Brief
The couple wanted a set of relaxed, natural portraits to celebrate their engagement; nothing overly posed or traditional, just something that felt true to them.
What I Did
I shot a series of outdoor portraits that focused on connection, light and setting. The aim was to capture moments that felt genuine and warm, using natural light and movement to keep things feeling fluid and comfortable.
Why it Mattered
They didn’t want stiff, formal photos taken in a studio; they wanted something more personal. This shoot gave me space to lean into my documentary-style approach and capture the in-between moments that often say the most.
The Outcome
The final collection felt like them: natural, joyful and full of warmth. The images were shared on their social profiles and sent to friends and family, and the shoot stands as a strong example of my creative portrait work.
